Hi folks! I have one of my fave recipies for you today, and I veganised it and it tastes great!!! It’s for Tofu Stroganoff. It’s super rich and yummy. I can’t tell the difference from the real thing myself.

Tofu Stroganoff

4 tbs margarine

Hing to taste

1 tsp dill

2 tbs basil

1 1/2 lbs tofu cubed

2 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayanne

3 quarts water

1 lb dry fettuccini

1 cup vegan sour cream (try Tofutti)

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

1. melt margerine then saute the dill, basil and hing

2. After 5 min add the tofu and saute until browned

3. Add soy sauce and stir. Add salt and cayanne

4. Lower heat and cook another 5 min

5. Add sour cream and parsley, mix well

6. Cook 5-10 more min pour over noodles and toss.
