Yesterday for lunch I made some cheeseless pizza using crusts I had bought at the grocery store. They were pretty tasty, but I hope sometime soon to have my kitchen in a working order where I can make my own crusts from scratch.

Problem is that the cooked and uncooked pizzas look essentially the same.

Cooked pizza.

I topped the pizzas with broccoli, kalamata olives, and sundried tomato. In my eyes this is the holy trinity of pizza

After lunch Tota and I took a drive out to SLC to the mall. It was a great mall, had everything in one place from Old Navy to Urban Outfitters. Next time I am there I hope to have some spending cash. The mall is built off a train station (suprisingly just like the other mall in SLC). Here are some pictures I took.

And walking back to the car I found this DSCI2035

I did’nt know these bakeries really existed. I had only seen them on the Simpsons. Hmmm, dougnuts.
